This form asks for names, addresses, and phone numbers other than your own (parent/guardian, references). Gather this information before you start.
Onsite Training arrival date: TBD. If you may have a conflict with the Training arrival date, contact us BEFORE submitting: SCSC Coordinator, 856-364-1293. Variances are assessed case by case.
Sponsorships are often available for Conference costs. Please contact the SCSC Coordinator for more information and to apply. Students are responsible for their transportation home from Conference.

1 of 12 — How you will participate

There are two main ways you can participate in SCSC:

Option A: You can apply for a summer project designed by another SDB church or organization and the SCSC Committee will assign you to that project. You will begin your summer experience with SCSC Training and end with General Conference. You must be available to serve during the entire project time without any outside commitments, roughly from mid-June through late July.

Option B: You can work with your home church or a church you are affiliated with to design a project yourself. This is a more flexible option, but you are responsible to make sure all project requirements are fulfilled.

Project Requirements: Training + 180 hours of project work.

Your ID will be used for airport security; your ticket is purchased in the name on your ID, so accuracy matters. After you submit, you will receive an email with a link to upload a photocopy of your photo ID (driver's license or college ID), plus your Health form, insurance card, and Insurance form. If you have a passport, include it as well. The SCSC Committee arranges your travel to training, to project, and to evaluation. You are responsible for transportation home from Conference. You will be reimbursed for only ONE piece of checked luggage. Sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided at training and on project.
